Customers drop their files on one focused page, choose which product and side each one is for, and leave a note if something is still coming. No account or email thread needed.

  • Pick the product and the side or file it belongs to.
  • Drop files or browse for PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, JPG, PNG, TIFF or ZIP.
  • Add a note for the shop if part of the artwork will come later.

Step 3

Get plain-language feedback on every file

Each upload is checked for readability, page count, resolution and edge area, then explained in plain words. Clean files say so, and anything uncertain goes to your team for review.

  • A file that passes the checks is marked Looks good.
  • Uncertain items, like edge area, are flagged for the shop to review.
  • Problems such as the wrong page count are spelled out for the customer.

What does smart preflight check?
The current checks include PDF readability, page count against the expected sides, raster image resolution, and bleed coverage. Ambiguous files are flagged for staff review instead of being silently treated as correct.
