Meet SIGNEXA exists because running a sign shop shouldn't require ten subscriptions, three spreadsheets, and a whiteboard nobody trusts.
SIGNEXA was born on a production floor, not in a boardroom. We come from the sign and print world — quoting channel letters, chasing proof approvals, juggling installs, and watching profitable months disappear into jobs nobody costed properly.
The software available to shops was either built decades ago and showed it, or built by people who had clearly never weeded a sheet of vinyl in their lives. Every tool solved one slice of the problem and ignored the rest, so the "system" ended up being five apps duct-taped together with copy-paste.
So we built the platform we wished existed: estimates that flow into job tickets, a production board the whole team can see, proofs clients can approve from their phone, invoices that collect themselves, a CRM that remembers every conversation — and an AI assistant, Olli, trained on real sign-industry knowledge, answering questions like a 20-year shop veteran instead of a chatbot.
Today SIGNEXA runs quoting, production, invoicing, marketing, and client management for sign, print, screen printing, and apparel shops — one login, one source of truth.
