Build the form your customers will fill in

Pick the fields, put them in order and set which ones are required. Short text, email, phone, dropdowns, paragraphs and file uploads are all there, and a live preview shows exactly what visitors will see.

  • Fields can be reordered, set to half or full width and marked required.
  • Dropdowns let customers pick a project type such as storefront signage or vehicle graphics.

Can I use the forms on an existing website?
Yes. The form builder provides copyable HTML embed code so the form can be placed on a site outside the built-in website builder.
Is the general lead form the same as project artwork intake?
No. Lead forms collect inquiry details. Project artwork uses a separate private job token with drag-and-drop upload, file requirements, mapping, and preflight. That upload surface also has its own iframe embed mode.
